No. Anyone with the link opens the list in their browser and checks items off. An account is only needed to create and edit lists.
Yes. Any list exports as a PDF in its current state — with images, notes, ticked-off items and a QR code that leads back to the list. Print it, file it, or send it on. PDF export is a Pro feature.
